Birth Doula- $600
Service includes:
*I cannot guarantee a particular number of photos, nor specific photos to be taken. My role primarily is as labor and birth support. I offer photos of the process as I am able to capture them as a secondary role to help preserve your memories and experiences. I have 12 years of experience using my DSLR and basic editing software, but I am not a professional photographer or photo editor.
Postpartum Visits- $20 per hour (3-hour minimum contract)
Service includes:

Personal Training and Wellness Coaching- Starting at $20/hour
I am a NASM Certified Personal trainer specializing in women's fitness. I also have specialty experience in prenatal fitness, postpartum recovery, healing diastasis recti (the separation at the linea alba- a condition 70+% of women who have given birth experience), and pelvic floor weakness (that, "I pee myself when I sneeze," phenomenon, among other things).
Service options include:
♣ Childcare is available in your home during your training sessions for an additional $10/hour
Service includes:
- A free, no obligation initial meeting over the phone or in a neutral public place (park, library, coffee shop, etc) to decide if we're a good fit
- Up to two, 1–2 hour prenatal meetings to discuss desires, expectations, birth plan, options, and getting to know one another so I can be the best possible support for you and your family
- If desired, accompanying you to one prenatal appointment with your care provider (more appointments available for a small additional cost)
- Unlimited email, text, and phone call support from four weeks before your estimated due date through four weeks after your due date
- Attending your birth as a continuous physical, emotional, and mental support for you and your family, and help establishing feeding (whatever method you choose) after delivery
- If desired, photos for your personal use taken with a high quality DSLR during labor and birth as I am able*
- One postpartum visit to check on you and Baby physically and emotionally, answer any questions about the birth or postpartum, and help you process the birth experience (more postpartum visits are available for additional cost)

- feeding support
- help with infant care
- emotional support for Mom and Dad
- light housework, small meal/snack preparation for Mom, and care of Baby and older siblings to help Mom so she can shower, nap, etc.

- Virtual Training via video conference, email, phone call, and/or text- $20/hour
- In-person, one-on-one personal training at your home using my portable equipment- $25-35/hour, depending on length of contract♣
- In-person, one-on-one personal training at Elizabeth Randolph Lewis Powhatan YMCA in Powhatan, VA- $40-50/hour as per YMCA guidelines(see YMCA website for details)
